Scope: Constructing partial slab on grade w/ basement, metal bldg., steel stud framing, brick veneer and EIFS system. The $1 million dollar, 5,000 square foot project was performed using the design-build method of delivery, and was completed through the external finishes. Project included a fully finished basement area and all tenant improvements. In addition, to all site, parking and drive through amenities.

Project was awarded the "2002 Master Builder Award" by Star Building Systems.
