ATG Three Phased Buildings

Scope: Apollo as an authorized Star Building Systems Distributor was contracted by ATG for this Design Build project to build an 80,000 sq ft metal building located at the Hanford Site. This $3.5 million dollar design/build turnkey contract included the following scope:
- Design/Build pre-engineered metal building additions
- Complete structural excavation, site work and utilities
- Formed and placed 80,000 sq ft of concrete slab with containments on grade
- Supply and erection of metal buildings
- Full nuclear process exhaust, carbon beds and HEPA filters to a 95 ft exhaust stack
- Complete Interior wall framing and finishes
- Chemical resistant floor coating systems
- Three phased fast-track scheduling
1. Building #8 - 10,000 sq ft addition
2. Mixed Waste Facility - 60,000 sq ft addition
3. Access Control Building - 10,000 sq ft administration building
