Scope: Addition of a new tower wing to an existing medical center, valued at $9,373,814. Scope of work includes mechanical systems(HVAC, plumbing and piping, including medical gas) to support new patient rooms, public areas, surgery suites, & MRI suites. This work is being conducted in a fully functioning hospital environment.
