Scope: The Suncadia Lodge project is a $9.5 Million dollar Project. This 5-star resort that consists of 232 condos ranging in price of $380,000 for a studio to almost $2 Million for a penthouse. There’s almost 100,000 square feet of public space which has a 5-star restaurant, 3 separate ballrooms, a conference center, meeting rooms, a lounge, and many other amenities. 386,000 is the total square footage of the building. Apollo overcame an aggressive schedule, and extreme weather conditions. Scope of work included: Lead CAD Management, Development of the 3D MEP coordination, Complete install of all plumbing, Complete install of all hydronics, Complete install of all HVAC, Complete install of control systems.
