Over the past 20+ years, Apollo Sheet Metal has developed a solid reputation in the Pacific Northwest as a fabricator for various sheets, plates and structural shapes. Our 50,000 square foot shop facility specializes in custom fabrications including: HVAC and industrial ductwork, conveyors, catwalks, augers, cabinets, tables and many other custom fabrication products.

Apollo utilizes the latest technology including Auto CAD drafting. Our computerized plasma cutting table can handle 5'-0 x 20'-0 materials. We are equipped for 1/2" plate shearing and 1/4" x 10'-0 press forming. Our services include estimating, engineering, design and fabrication. We fabricate and stock various materials including stainless steel, copper, galvanized sheet, hot and cold rolled carbon steel sheet, aluminum and other alloys.

Apollo also has a Quality Assurance Program, which covers the eighteen Basic Requirements of ASME NQA-1. This program has been audited and approved for use on Hanford Site DOE Projects. Apollo also holds a valid and current Certificate of Authorization for the repair of boilers, piping, and pressure vessels, as issued by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors ("R-Stamp").

Apollo's welding program includes procedures and personnel qualified in accordance with ASME Section IX, and AWS. Procedures cover SMAW, GMAW, and GTAW. Manual, semiautomatic, and automatic processes are used; materials include P-1 carbon steels, and P-8 stainless steels.
